Winters are generally mild and brief, though we do get occasional cold snaps that remind us we’re Texans, not Floridians. These cooler months are ideal for outdoor activities and yard work, with daytime temperatures usually remaining comfortable. Spring and fall are our showpiece seasons, offering pleasant temperatures and moderate humidity that draw folks outdoors to enjoy our natural surroundings.
Like most of East Texas, we receive generous rainfall throughout the year, keeping our landscape lush and green.
